TrenixaGym Content Reporting, Complaints and Appeals Policy
Effective date: 10 September 2026
1. What can be reported
You may report content, reviews, replies, accounts, gym listings or conduct that you believe is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading or contrary to TrenixaGym’s policies. This includes fake reviews, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, privacy violations, impersonation, scams and intellectual-property infringement.
2. How to report
Logged-in users may use https://trenixagym.com/report. Anyone may email info@trenixa.com or use https://trenixagym.com/contact-us.
Include the URL or location, the account or gym involved, what happened, why it is a concern and any relevant evidence. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves breach our rules.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Urgent safety matters should be clearly marked Urgent safety report.
3. Assessment
We may acknowledge the report, request information, preserve evidence, restrict visibility while investigating, assess automated signals, contact affected parties and consult appropriate specialists or authorities.
We consider the nature and context of the material, credible evidence, risk and severity of harm, legality, public interest, previous conduct and proportionality. Possible outcomes include no action, correction, reduced visibility, removal, warning, feature restriction, suspension, permanent termination, referral to authorities or another appropriate measure.
4. Reasons and notifications
Where appropriate, we tell the reporter and affected person the outcome and provide a meaningful reason. We may limit information where disclosure would prejudice safety, security, confidential information, another person’s rights, crime prevention or a legal process.
We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports and complaints within seven working days. Complex matters may take longer. Urgent safety reports are prioritised.
5. Appeals
A person or Gym Owner materially affected by a decision may appeal within 30 days by emailing info@trenixa.com with the original report or decision reference, reasons for disagreement and relevant evidence.
Where reasonably possible, someone other than the original decision-maker reviews the appeal. We may confirm, vary or reverse the decision, reinstate material, request further investigation or apply a different measure. The appeal outcome and reason will normally be communicated.
6. Intellectual property
An intellectual-property complaint should identify the protected work, the disputed material and location, the rights owner, the complainant’s authority and contact information, and explain the alleged infringement in good faith. Send it to info@trenixa.com.
We may request evidence, restrict material during review, notify the contributor and consider their response. Repeated or serious infringement may result in account termination.
7. Records and privacy
We retain reports, decisions, reasons, evidence and appeals for accountability, safety, dispute handling and prevention of repeated abuse. Ordinary removed-content and moderation records are normally kept for 12 months; fraud, serious abuse, complaints and legal disputes may be retained longer as described in the Privacy Notice.
We disclose information only where necessary and lawful. The Privacy Notice explains rights and how to contact us.
