TrenixaGym User-Generated Content and Reviews Policy
Effective date: 10 September 2026
This Policy applies to reviews, ratings, photographs, profile material, replies, listing submissions and other content contributed to TrenixaGym (Content).
1. Core rules
Content must be lawful, honest, relevant and based on a genuine experience. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Do not submit Content that:
- Is fake, misleading, fabricated or materially omits an incentive or conflict of interest.
- Is posted by someone who has not had the experience described.
- Is purchased, sold, coordinated or manipulated to distort a rating or ranking.
- Contains unlawful threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, abuse or encouragement of harm.
- Is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or unlawfully invasive of privacy.
- Exposes sensitive personal data, private contact details or confidential information without authority.
- Infringes copyright, trade marks, image rights or other rights.
- Contains malicious links, spam, irrelevant promotion or automated content.
- Impersonates another person, gym or organisation.
2. Reviews and incentives
Reviews must reflect the contributor’s own genuine experience of the gym. Gym Owners must not write or arrange reviews of their own gym, suppress genuine negative reviews, threaten reviewers, or offer incentives conditional on a positive review.
Any permitted incentive for an honest review must be prominently disclosed and must not depend on sentiment, rating or continued publication. Trenixa may restrict incentivised reviews where they risk misleading users.
3. Gym Owner replies
Replies must address the review professionally and must not reveal membership, health, payment or other personal information. Disagreement does not justify harassment, threats or attempts to identify an anonymous contributor.
4. Ownership and licence
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Trenixa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display it as necessary to operate, secure and improve TrenixaGym. The licence ends when Content is deleted, except for temporary copies required for backups or an active complaint, investigation or legal obligation.
Trenixa will not use a review or user photograph in unrelated advertising, promotional material or social media without separate permission.
5. Moderation and sanctions
Trenixa may use automated signals and human assessment to detect suspicious or prohibited Content. We may request evidence, reduce visibility, remove Content, reverse affected rating calculations, warn an account, restrict functions, suspend access or permanently terminate repeat or serious offenders.
We consider context, severity, evidence, previous behaviour, risk of harm and whether a proportionate correction is possible. A report does not guarantee removal, and criticism is not removed merely because a business dislikes it.
6. Reports and appeals
Report Content through https://trenixagym.com/report or info@trenixa.com. Identify the Content or account, its location and the reason for the report. A person without an account may use email or the contact form at https://trenixagym.com/contact-us.
Where appropriate, we explain a material moderation decision unless this would create a legal, safety or security risk. An affected contributor or Gym Owner may appeal within 30 days by emailing info@trenixa.com. We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports and appeals within seven working days. Where reasonably possible, an appeal is reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker.
7. Intellectual-property complaints
Email info@trenixa.com with identification of the protected work, the disputed Content and its location, your contact details and authority to act, and a good-faith explanation. We may request supporting evidence, remove or restrict material while investigating, notify the contributor and consider a response or appeal.
8. Urgent matters
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Reports involving credible threats, exploitation, serious illegality or imminent harm are prioritised and may be preserved or disclosed to competent authorities where lawful and appropriate.
9. Retention
Published Content is retained while published. Removed Content and moderation evidence are normally retained for 12 months, or longer while a complaint, investigation or legal claim remains active. Account deletion removes the user’s reviews and associated review photographs.
