TrenixaGym Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice
Effective date: 10 September 2026
This Notice explains how Trenixa Ltd uses cookies, browser or device storage, SDKs, pixels, network requests and similar technologies on TrenixaGym.
1. Technologies we use
Strictly necessary technologies
These support authentication, account roles, administration, fraud prevention, security, load balancing and requested functions. They operate without optional consent where legally permitted because the relevant service cannot function securely without them.
Authentication storage currently includes the `token`, `role` and `adminAuthToken` items. Their exact duration depends on the session and configuration; the administrator authentication token is configured for up to seven days.
Functional technologies
These remember choices or enable requested services such as maps, location searches and notification preferences. Where they are not strictly necessary to provide a feature requested by you, they are used only after the required choice.
Analytics technologies
TrenixaGym uses first-party events to understand searches, listing views, contact actions, leads, claims and Platform performance. Identifiable analytics events are retained for up to 13 months and may then be converted into genuinely anonymous statistics retained indefinitely.
Third-party resources
Google reCAPTCHA may process device and interaction information to protect forms from bots and abuse. Google Maps and OpenStreetMap may process network and location information when mapping or location functions are requested. Firebase supports authentication, security and mobile functionality. These providers may receive IP address, device or browser information when their resources load.
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising SDK is used at the effective date of this Notice.
2. Your choices
On your first visit, the cookie control offers equally prominent choices to accept or reject optional technologies. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to core Platform functions. Optional technologies do not operate before the required choice.
You can change or withdraw your selection at any time through the persistent “Cookie preferences” control. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the change. Browser and device settings can also delete or block storage, although doing so may interrupt authentication or requested functions.
Where a third-party resource is necessary to provide a feature you actively request, we may ask you to activate that feature before the resource loads.
3. Retention
Session technologies expire when the session ends unless a stated duration applies. Authentication and preference items are retained only as long as necessary for their function. Cookie-choice records are retained long enough to respect and evidence the choice and are refreshed when the technology inventory or purposes materially change.
4. Changes and contact
We update this Notice when technologies or purposes change. Contact info@trenixa.com with questions or privacy requests. Our Privacy Notice provides further information about personal-data processing and rights.
